Returns and Refunds

If you’ve ordered the incorrect size, you’re welcome to return the item for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed and in perfect condition (make sure there are no pet hairs). Please use our exchange portal on our website.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we’ll happily arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
